Check out choreographer Alejandro Cerrudo’s variations on selected pieces of art at the Art Institute of Chicago. The pieces are set on dancers from Hubbard Street, one of Chicago most prestigious dance company’s and best of all it’s free with admission to the museum! More info here.

Netherfriends is one of our favorite Chicago musicians and he’s back in town this Friday for the release of his new album ‘Middle America’. This album is the second in a series he recorded last year as a part of his 50 states project, in which he played a show, wrote, and recorded a song in each state. Also playing that night will be Secret Colours and Vamos. Come rock your socks off with us.
