Shipping Information


We offer shipping through UPS, or you can choose to pick up your order at our San Francisco store. We make every effort to ship your order within 2 to 3 days of receipt. You can select how fast you would like to receive your order at checkout. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for more information at colleen@threadlounge.com.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/tax, which is based on the full purchase price paid for this order (as reflected on the commercial invoice).

The location for in-store pick up is Thread Lounge 724 Valencia St. San Francisco, which can be reached at 415-728-7487. A sales associate will contact you when your order is ready.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Online return policy:
You may return an item within 10 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same card on which it was purchased. Fabric and vintage items are not returnable.
Please do not return items purchased online to an Thread Lounge store location. All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and sent via UPS, Fedex, or certified US mail to:

We will contact you when your return has been received and processed. Feel free to email us at colleen@threadlounge.com with any questions about your order.  

If you wish to make an exchange, please place a new order and return the original merchandise separately. This will ensure the quickest service and that the exchange item you need is in stock. We make every effort to credit your card within one business day of receiving your return.

In-store return policy
We offer an exchange of store credit only for merchandise returned within 10 days of purchase with receipt. No refunds. Purchases are final on sale merchandise. Store credit must be redeemed at location where issued. Purchases made with store credit are final.

Payment types:
We accept all major credit cards. Transactions are processed using a secured payment system.

Out of stock items:
On occasion, an item you selected might be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order.
